Rum Point Club Residence, Grand Cayman Islands (Currently under Construction)
The Rum Point Club Residences is a five storey above grade condominium complex over a single below grade parking garage. The entire suspended area of the building is in the 100,000 ft2 range. An at-grade pool is to be included as well as miscellaneous ancillary structures.

A 3 storey 80 unit apartment building designed for seniors and barrier-free access. Delivered as a design/build project.

The Quad Phase II - York University Residences (Currently under Construction)
Located on the south side of The Pond Road, Phase II of The Quad residence will feature two towers, eight and eleven stories respectively and includes for 480 unit, 732 bed student residence. The project is the second phase of a development by Campus Suites and will feature a host of student oriented amenities and retail opportunities in addition to the residential component.
Royal Crown Academic School Student Residences (Currently in Design)
A new 10 storey, 227 unit, 340 bed student residence is located on Finch Avenue East in Toronto. The project includes a mix of single and double bed units. Structural framing is a reinforced concrete flat plate supported by columns and shearwalls. The foundations are conventional spread footings.
12-16 Dervock Crescent (Currently under Construction)
With five levels and massed as stacked townhouse, the new development on Derock Cresent features all concrete construction above a single basement which houses parking and other building services. Utilising the demising reinforced concrete shearwalls as the transfer mechanism, the entire basement allows for large amounts of column free areas needed to facility the parking/traffic criteria on a small compact site.

A new mid-rise 8 storey condominium of approximately 75 units. It is a mixture from one bedroom to two bedrooms plus den. It has a great view of the The Hunt Club and Lake Ontario.

The building includes 119 parking spaces within the 2 basement level parking garage.
88-90 Carlton Street - Toronto Community Housing
The existing buildings at 88-90 Carlton were acquired by Toronto Community Housing to redevelop social housing in the downtown core. The design also incorporates the Italian art deco brick facades along Carlton Street to preserve the urban fabric of the city. A temporary steel structure was designed to support the facades during demolition and construction.

98 James Street South (Currently in Design)
Situated in downtown Hamilton, within walking distance of the GO Terminal, the new 98 James Street condominium will integrate the historic easterly section of the original James Street Baptist Church with a 30 storey condominium complex by HSE Developments. The project features a hybrid foundation system comprising a mat foundation in combination with deep caisson construction. Costly deep excavations for over 100 cars was avoided with the use of a completely automated mechanical car parking system located above grade and to the rear of the project, thus minimising the demand for space within the complex.
The church portion of the project involves a significant and stabilization of the existing foundations as well as re-construction of the heritage exterior stone walls and exterior carved features. Constructed in 1837, the church has experienced significant degradation in the structural fabric of the building which will be corrected during the upcoming construction project.
Ground source heating/cooling systems are planned for the condominium portion of the project, with the manifold and equipment housed in the basement and distributed to upwards of 70 deep wells via an integrated distribution zone located above the foundation mat.
88-90 Carlton Street - Toronto Community Housing
The existing buildings at 88-90 Carlton were acquired by Toronto Community Housing to redevelop social housing in the downtown core. The design also incorporates the Italian art deco brick facades along Carlton Street to preserve the urban fabric of the city. A temporary steel structure was designed to support the facades during demolition and construction. The building has some history in that it was one of four built in pairs around 1928 to house labourers working on Maple Leaf Gardens.
The building is comprised of 12-storeys, 110 units in a variety of configurations from bachelors to four-bedroom units with wraparound balconies, 34 underground car parking and approximately 90 spaces for bicycles. The site is located near schools, shopping, mass transit, parks and various cultural and social institutions.
The 12-storey apartment structure is of reinforced concrete construction incorporating many green Initiatives, such as: - A ground constructed heat pump for heating and cooling. Very few projects in urban settings have utilized this technology in North America and it was a first for Toronto Community Housing. A solar thermal domestic hot water pre-heat system. The system works all year round to preheat domestic hot water using solar panels installed on the roof of the building. A green roof to help reduce rainwater runoff as well as reduce the heat island effect in the urban core. An enthalpy recovery wheel that recycles hot & cold air as well as humidity
